are accepted if you are unhappy with what you've purchased, and/or if the item is not as described. This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This 30 day policy takes affect from the day you receive you item(s)

Return Process  

to start the return process, send us an email at We require a receipt or proof of purchase( screen shot, picture of receipt, or bank statement of Cece & Elly purchase with date purchased). Reason for the return, and whether or not you'd like to exchange your item(s). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and all monies will be refunded to you with the method of payment you chose to purchase with. No exceptions. If you are rejected, you will receive an email with the reason of rejection and the item(s) will be sent back to you. If your return is rejected you will NOT receive money back.

Returned/exchanged items must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging, and receipt.

Defective/Incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt, if not reported, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.

For any incorrect items received, please contact us right away at When emailing us, please provide us with proof of purchase and a picture of the defective/incorrect item. Also please let us know if you're looking to EXCHANGE the item or REFUND it.

After 90 days

a full refund will be issued if item(s) are not received within 90 days. Depending on where you live, the items you've purchased may take a while to get to you. We understand this frustration which is why we've extended our refund policy to 90 days if you have not received your item(s). We always try our very best to make sure your purchase arrives in a timely matter.
After 30 days if you have not received your item please email us. Please send another email at 60 days, and again if after 90 days you have no received anything.
To issue a full refund we will need proof of purchase. All monies will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment.

Right to refuse refunds & exchanges

Cece & Elly Ltd. reserves the right to decline any/ all refunds or exchanges from customers who have repeatedly abused our refund policy. Examples of reasons to decline customer refund/exchange:
- Excessive return history or "Wardrobing"
- Excessive return history involving damaged items.
- If item(s) appear damaged or worn.


Free items/gifts

given to the customer at the time of purchase can be kept by the customer. It was our thank you for purchasing with us!

Late or missing refunds

If after 2 weeks you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exceptions apply if item is not as described, or defective.

At this time, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If the item you have received is defective/wrong colour/wrong size and needs to be sent back to us, we will cover the cost of return shipping. (This is the only exception where we will cover the cost)

Please note - This exception only applies if the fault is solely ours. If you have purposely ordered a size that doesn't fit, a colour you now happen to not like, or damage your own purchase, we will NOT cover any costs for return shipping.

All items shipped or returned to you or us will be delivered within scheduled business days, there may be delays on holidays, and NO packages will be delivered or returned on WEEKENDS.

We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on all orders purchased or shipped back to us if the item(s) over $75. If item(s) are under $75 we still advise the same, as we cannot cover losses when shipped, fraudulent claims, or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
